The Martin Yale 5000 Strip Cut Shredders are designed for medium/large sized offices and can shred upto 25 sheets per pass, 1000 sheets a day, clips, CDs/DVDs and staples into a big 68 litre bin.
The Martin Yale 5000 Strip Cut shredder is now called the Intimus 5000 Strip Cut Shredder. The Martin Yale 5000 shredde is amazing value. This large office shredder shreds up to 25 sheets of paper per pass into fine 4mm strip cuts, or higher security 3.8x42mm cross-cuts. Capable of processing 158 A4 sheets per minute (CC model 133 sheets) at a high speed. Supplied complete with a 68 litre bin, 250mm (A4 and A3) entry width and an automatic, on/off control via light barrier. Will shred paper items plus credit/access/entry/ID cards. Also floppy disks, paper clips & staples, with a separate security slot for CD/DVDs into the dustproof enclosed bin within the cabinet which is moveable on our castors.
