This Martin Yale 2000 Strip Cut is a deskside shredder for use by 5 workers. The Martin Yale 2000 shreds 16 sheets in one pass, 250 sheets per a day, has castors, shreds staples, paperclips, credit cards and CD/DVD's.
The Martin Yale 2000 strip cut shredder which has been renamed the Intimus 2000 strip cut shredder is a deskside shredder designed for upto 5 users. It's a robust shredder for it's price and is capable of shredding upto 16 sheets of A4 paper into 4mm strip cuts. It also cuts through staples, paperclips, credit cards, CD/DVDs and has a daily capacity of 250 seets which collects into a 31 litre bin capable of holding around 310 sheets of shredded paper. It has a continuous run time of 10 minutes so once this has been reached you will need to wait 25 minutes fir the motor to cool down before using it again. If this isnt an issue it's a great shredder, if it is I would advise you to look at our Kobra Shredder range which all have 24 continuous motors.
The Martin Yale / Intimus 2000 Strip Cut Shredders also features an LED display that informs the user of paper-jams, overheating and standby as well as a dust-proof enclosed catch basket for dust-free emptying.The shredder has a separate safely slot for CD's and is on rollers for maximum mobility around the office.
